  2. The adjuster will perform another inspection. Let a contractor like Hermes Renovations know about the inspection so we can assist you and unsure the best outcome possible

  3. You will receive a scope of work and a check from your insurance company.

  4. We will meet with you to review the scope of work and identify any repairs you don’t want us to perform so you can keep the proceeds. Chose a roofing material and color, and schedule your project. Upgraded will be quoted if desired.

  5. Install day: after we complete the project, pay the deductible to the contractor (the deductible must be paid at install time in order to recover the depreciation).

  6. We then notify your insurance that the work is complete. the insurance company releases the remaining proceeds, called depreciation to pay the contractor.

  7. Make a final payment and your roof is restored to pre-loss condition.
